Here at DCB All In One your satisfaction is our first priority. In fact, we treat you as we would like to be treated, however we still need to agree to some rules to ensure that there are no misunderstandings about personalized material or items (referred to as "we," "us," "our", or "DCB ALL IN ONE") or your obligations. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Washing Terms after purchase
Suitability for Laundering
By using our service, you agree that your clothing items after reading the label about washing and drying material or cleaning any items that is purchased from DCB ALL IN ONE, you will obide by the material guidelines. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing or any other items that has been worn.
Damaged Property
We will do everything we can to avoid damaging the clothing or any other items. Unfortunately there are limitations to what we can do. If the items are damaged after being inspected by us we will oder a new item for you at no charge to you or refund your full amount. We inspect every item before leaving our business with photographs being taken. So that we know the condition when it leaves the store.
After receiving your items including anything other than clothing items, regardless of how gentle, cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of clothing items, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline refund after it has been worn and we will refer to photographs of how the material left our business before being shipped out.
We inventory every piece of items before shipping out. Rest assured, we carefully track your items.
If you do believe you are missing something from your shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your items — we are much more likely to find misplaced items and get it shipped right out if we are notified immediately.
General Terms for All Services
Order and Payment
You can place your order through our website www.dcballinone.com but please understand that you can only see some of the products that we have on the website. This website does not house all of our products in store. We get different patterns, styles and colors all the time. The system may not update always so please ask us , we just may have what you need. It is important that you call us to speak with someone directly for what your needs and wants are before ordering, especially for customization items. You cannot customize yourself on our website. You can only purchase. You can scroll down and submit your information under contact us, or you can call or text our customer service department at 256-279-7714 between the hours listed below, or email us at workforcetalentedsolutions@outlook.com You will need to place your order as soon as you know when you will need the items, because personalization takes time for processing and inspecting before shipping out to customers. We would like at least 30 days or more notice if possible, but most of the time we can get it to you with shorter notice. If we don't feel we can we will definitely let you know before taking your order. We do like to take orders over the phone during our store hours Mon-Fri 5p-10p and Sat-Sun 10a-6p. So that we get all the details correct.
If you no longer want our service, simply let us know and we will cancel the order if it has not been processed and you will receive a full refund. If your order has been processed you will not be able to receive a refund, and your order will still arrive as planned. We notify you by your choice of email or phone sometimes both immediately after your order is processed.
Ways to Pay: Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App. We do not except checks or cash. You can pay through the online portable. We will have to receive payment before placing order. Information to these money apps will be given at the time of ordering.
Prices varies depending on size, design, front & back design, front design, or back design. We also sell items without customization.

DCB All In One provides delivery services for some parts of Alabama listed above. We are particularly proud of this aspect of our business and hope that our delivery service is part of the reason you have decided to use DCB All In One. There are, however, circumstances when we may be unable to delivery services (like snow, torrential rain, bad stormy weather) In this case we will notify you before your delivery time to reschedule your delivery the next following day, unless you choose a different way of receiving your items.
We will do our best to deliver your items at the agreed upon time. We know that we won't have very many customers if we are late. That being said, we can't be held accountable if we are late for unforeseen circumstances. Deliveries will be delivered at your home front entrance. We do not enter anyone's home for deliveries. Nor do we walk through your yard. We only remain in the front of the home. If you do not want your items delivered when you are not home, please set a time that you will be present. If you are not home we will leave the items as we agreed on your front porch. Wedo not open anyones mailboxes to put anything in them. Only the front entrance is where your items will be left. We will ring door bell or knock when we drop off unless you ask us not to in your delivery note. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen items if you are not home. We will have our proof that it was delivered with a picture of your front porch showing the items being left. For apartments enclosed it will be left in your hallway.
Allergies
Clothing items could be made of different material like cotton, silk and etc, we are not responsible for any allergies caused by any materials. Please clarify what the material is made from before ordering if you have allergies. We are not legally responsible for any allergic reactions from any items ordered from our company.
Miscellaneous
As our business changes, we may want to modify some of terms in this agreement. Therefore, we encourage you to check back frequently to familiarize yourself with any changes.
Although we think we are generally agreeable people, we recognize that DCB All In One and you may have a dispute. In this event, you agree that any legal action pertaining to this agreement, or DCB All In One generally, shall be conducted in the Courts of the local city and state of Alabama of the presiding owner of DCB ALL IN ONE.
